This one-hour session is designed to help you navigate the emotional challenges of relocating to Spain. Through personalized support, we’ll focus on addressing your unique concerns, from homesickness and culture shock to building a sense of belonging in your new environment. Together, we'll develop coping strategies and steps for integrating into the local culture, ensuring your move is not just successful but fulfilling.
Cancellation Policy
Refund / Return Policy Thank you for shopping at Culture Connect España. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 1. Returns You have 14 days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, you must not have attended any sessions from your packaging including the free welcome session. From attendance of the the welcome consultation you will not be eligable for refund. 2. Refunds If refund is requested, we will be in contact to understand the reason for requesting to refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 3. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. 4. Shipping All items are for digital download or shared within the digital consultation sessions. 7. Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 8.
