From Non-Legal Visa Guidance to Housing Assistance and Neighborhood Selection consultations, we provide the support you need to settle in seamlessly. Our Banking Setup guide simplifies the process, ensuring you can manage your finances effectively. Downloadable resources and personalized digital sessions make transitioning to Spain stress-free. The Essentials Relocation Package Contains 180 minutes of consultation as well as 4 different downloadable guides. Digital sessions: Welcome introduction session and overview of the package (30 minutes) Non-Legal Visa Guidance: Digital session (1-hour consultation) Housing Assistance: Digital session (30-min consultation). Neighborhood Selection: Digital session (1-hour consultation) Guides: Downloadable visa options guide. Downloadable property search checklist Downloadable neighborhood analysis report. Please note after the welcome session all other sessions will be coordinated and booked via email.
Cancellation Policy
Refund / Return Policy Thank you for shopping at Culture Connect España. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 1. Returns You have 14 days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, you must not have attended any sessions from your packaging including the free welcome session. From attendance of the the welcome consultation you will not be eligable for refund. 2. Refunds If refund is requested, we will be in contact to understand the reason for requesting to refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 3. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. 4. Shipping All items are for digital download or shared within the digital consultation sessions. 7. Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 8.
