Our Premium Relocation Package offers the ultimate support for your move to Spain, combining the comprehensive services of both the Essential and Cultural Integration packages. This all-in-one package is designed to streamline every aspect of your relocation, from visa guidance to cultural immersion. The Premium package includes all items and sessions of the Essential and Cultural integration packages: Welcome Introduction session and overview of the package (60 minutes) Non-Legal Visa Guidance: Digital session (1-hour consultation) + downloadable visa options guide. Housing Assistance: Downloadable property search checklist + Digital session (30-min consult). Neighborhood Selection: Digital session (1-hour) + downloadable neighborhood analysis report. Banking Setup: Downloadable step-by-step banking guide. Cultural Orientation: Digital session (1-hour personalized coaching on Spanish customs and norms). & Digital Cultural Orientation Guide: An overview of Spanish customs, etiquette, and daily life tips. Local Networking: Digital session (30-min intro to relevant networks) as well as a downloadable Local Networking Guide: list of expat groups, local clubs, and community resources. As well as: Personalized Relocation Roadmap: Digital session (1.5 hours) + downloadable roadmap. Move Coordination: Digital session (45-min consultation) + downloadable checklist for movers/utilities setup. Additional downloadable elements of this pack include: Personalized Relocation Roadmap: Customizable templates for a relocation plan covering timeline, key tasks, and resources. Mover/Utility Setup Checklist: A downloadable checklist for coordinating movers and setting up utilities (internet, electricity, water, etc.). There is also the opportunity to add an arrival day orientation in which you will be met on arrival day and orientated to your new life. This can be requested directly via email and will be priced on a quote by quote basis. Please note after the welcome session all other sessions will be coordinated and booked via email.
Cancellation Policy
Refund / Return Policy Thank you for shopping at Culture Connect España. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 1. Returns You have 14 days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, you must not have attended any sessions from your packaging including the free welcome session. From attendance of the the welcome consultation you will not be eligable for refund. 2. Refunds If refund is requested, we will be in contact to understand the reason for requesting to refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 3. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. 4. Shipping All items are for digital download or shared within the digital consultation sessions. 7. Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 8.
