What’s Included: Welcome Introduction session and overview of the package (30 minutes) Community Guide: Digital session (30-min consult) Non-Legal Residency Guidance: Downloadable visa resources + Digital session (45-min consult). Cultural Orientation: Digital session (1-hour personalized coaching on Spanish customs and norms) Emotional Support session (1 hour) Downloadable Guides: Co-Working Space List: A downloadable guide to recommended co-working spaces. Local Event/Networking Guide: A curated list of digital nomad meetups and networking events. Residency Guidance Resource: A downloadable overview of setting up as a digital nomad in Spain Please note after the welcome session all other sessions will be coordinated and booked via email.
Cancellation Policy
Refund / Return Policy Thank you for shopping at Culture Connect España. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 1. Returns You have 14 days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, you must not have attended any sessions from your packaging including the free welcome session. From attendance of the the welcome consultation you will not be eligable for refund. 2. Refunds If refund is requested, we will be in contact to understand the reason for requesting to refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 3. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. 4. Shipping All items are for digital download or shared within the digital consultation sessions. 7. Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 8.
