It is one thing to move to a country but to truly live in a country you must integrate. The Cultural Integration package is here to get you on your way to settling in with the locals and diving into Spanish culture. This package consist of 90 minutes of consultation and downloadable guides: Cultural Orientation: Digital session (1-hour personalized coaching on Spanish customs and norms). Local Networking: Digital session (30-min intro to relevant networks). As well as two downloadable guides to supplement the sessions: Cultural Orientation Guide: An overview of Spanish customs, etiquette, and daily life tips. Local Networking Guide: A list of expat groups, local clubs, and community resources.
Cancellation Policy
Refund / Return Policy Thank you for shopping at Culture Connect España. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 1. Returns You have 14 days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, you must not have attended any sessions from your packaging including the free welcome session. From attendance of the the welcome consultation you will not be eligable for refund. 2. Refunds If refund is requested, we will be in contact to understand the reason for requesting to refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 3. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. 4. Shipping All items are for digital download or shared within the digital consultation sessions. 7. Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 8.
